Product Description
The limited edition WAKI XXV ANNIVERSARIUM is a limited series of just 150 pieces that preserves all the features of the famous Waki model.
This product is a reinterpretation of the Japanese Wakizashi sword, a traditional blade 30 to 60 cm long, which samurai used to carry in contact with the body, unlike the Katana which was carried exclusively in battle.
The blade has the classic Japanese Tanto style and is made from Böhler N690 steel with heat treatments that raise its hardness to 58 HRC to better combine edge retention and strength. The blade, with a flat grind, has an exquisite satin finish.
The black handle is made of Forprene, while the black Cordura sheath is equipped with a MOLLE system that guarantees safety when carrying this extremely sharp blade and protects it from shocks that could reduce its efficiency.
The limited edition WAKI XXV ANNIVERSARIUM comes in a technical IP67-certified waterproof polypropylene case with pressurizing valve, resistant to atmospheric agents, dust and shocks. The case also contains a metal plaque engraved with the numbering of the limited series of 150 pieces and a commemorative coin marking the twenty-fifth anniversary of Extrema Ratio.
