The Cudeman MT-5 is the most famous knife of the brand. This design tops the bestseller list because it was, is, and will continue to be a sales success worldwide. Its design is unique, and the weight balance is perfect. This model began to be marketed in 2012 and surpassed its predecessor in sales, the historic Cudeman MT-1. This model underwent significant changes in its steel, design, and the leather sheath itself. Currently, it is made of Böhler N-695 steel. It has a one-piece structure and A-304 steel scales with a satin finish.

In this new version, its handle is made of green canvas with red spacers and features a trigger pin button at the end of its grip. On the blade and on the trigger pin button itself, it has two pins to create a spear with a safety cord. The zipper on its spine makes the grip secure and reliable. Additionally, its multi-position sheath with loops and rivets allows it to be carried both vertically and horizontally and includes a stone and flint adapter. The design of this sheath was the initial inspiration for creating similar sheaths, such as the Entresierras or Ent. This canvas version of the MT-5 is a novelty from 2023.
